GOsC DCO Classical & Cranial OsteopathDean undertook a degree in osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) and a postgraduate diploma at the John Wernham College of Classical Osteopathy, Maidstone (JWCCO). This has allowed strict entry onto the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). Dean has undertaken many other courses around the UK, USA and Europe in classical osteopathic philosophy & technique and cranial & visceral technique from teachers all over the world. Dean has chaired the ICO Conference on Mechanics of Posture and has been lecturing both undergraduates and postgraduates on Classical Osteopathic Philosophy at the John Wernham College of Classical Osteopathy and the British School of Osteopathy for the past 4 years. He is also mentor to students of the BSO, BCOM and Nescot. Dean has run a successful multi-disciplinary clinic in Orpington, Kent before deciding to setup home and clinic in sunny Worthing! As he embarks on a functional medicine course in September 2006, Dean will keep up-to-date with the demands of the profession's regulatory body and the growing demand of the public at large. Lesley SuterMCH MCPH DO RSHom FSDSHom Registered Osteopath & HomeopathLesley graduated from the College of Homeopathy in 1991 and started a successful practice in Worthing before moving on to Littlehampton. Whilst working as a homeopath, Lesley experienced such great results when treating alongside an osteopath that in 1995 Lesley embarked on a 4-year diploma in osteopathy herself. Since then Lesley has mixed her practice, being able to offer both homeopathy and osteopathy. She has returned to practice in Worthing and continues as a lecturer at the South Downs School of Homeopathy. Chris GreenBSc (Hons.) Ost. DCO Registered OsteopathChris graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a BSc (Hons.) in Osteopathy. He started his training at The John Wernham College of Classical Osteopathy in 1997. Having trained in Classical Osteopathy, Chris has developed a deep knowledge of the benefits of Holistic and Naturopathic Medicine in healthcare along with the more recent advances in Osteopathic research into musculo-skeletal disorders from the BSO. Chris' approach to Osteopathic healthcare takes these two fields of knowledge into account allowing for a wide variety of patients of all ages with a wide range of disorders to be treated! Debbie ColemanSports Therapy & Classical Pilates InstructionDebbie joins the team to provide one to one, small group (maximum of 6 persons) and class (maximum of 12 persons) Classical Pilates. This service is aimed at creating a stronger posture, promote relaxation and reduce the risk of back pain! Debbie will be providing this service for Worthing Osteopaths patients and the general public at large so you can bring friends with you! Debbie is a graduate of the prestigious London School Of Massage, having trained in Sport and Remedial Massage, and will be providing Sports Therapy for Worthing Osteopaths.
